The Crossing Lab is a team of people who have crossed between film, games, and AI. Engineers and artists who built global services at NEXON, Netmarble Nexus, Wemade, and NHN came together around one goal: long-form interactive content.

Planning
Designs game systems, levels, balance, and narrative. Maps the whole arc of the player experience.
Server
Runs real-time multiplayer servers and global infrastructure. Holds up the player's world from out of sight.
CEO
Sets the company's vision and strategic direction, and keeps every team moving toward one goal.
Art
Handles concept art, 3D modeling, animation, and VFX. Completes the visual language and world of the game.
Development
Handles client, server, and engine development. Turns ideas into a world that actually runs.
